SPECIAL PROGRAMS
Referral Fees:
- If you refer someone to us who signs a lease within 30 days,
we will pay you a $100 finders fee.
- The new tenant must stay
in the property for 3 months, at which time we will send a
check.
- The finders fee is paid based on the lease being signed,
not the number of tenants. In other words, if more than one
person signs the lease, the fee will still be $100.
Introductory Rent Discount:
- For a limited time, you will receive
a $100 discount on rent for the first month.
- You must stay in the property for a total of at
least 4 months. If you leave before that time,
the $100 discount will be charged to the security deposit.
- This is a temporary program and may be cancelled at any
time without notice.
