FILL OUT AN APPLICATION
We run credit reports on every person over the age of 18 living
in our rental units -- no exceptions. Even tenants who will not
be participating in rent payment must submit an application.
If there are events in your credit history that you would like
to explain, we encourage you to do so. We are resonable people
and we are willing to listen.
To apply:
- Print the application.
- Fill out the application as thoroughly as possible. This
information is required for our records.
- Sign the application.
- Fax the application to 925.955.8382, attn: Mike Stocke.

to see a property, then bring the application and fee
